A prominent energy company in Alberta is seeking an Operations Engineering Team Lead to manage and coordinate engineering efforts within the Technical Services team. The ideal candidate will have an Engineering Degree and at least 10 years in oil and gas operations. This role includes leading a team, overseeing operational safety standards, and supporting field operations. Excellent leadership and mentoring skills are critical, as well as the ability to travel within Western Canada as needed.
The position offers the opportunity to work from home one day a week.
