What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and mentor engineering teams focused on delivering a secure and resilient assessment platform
- Integrate security into software development practices and oversee security testing initiatives
- Guide the development of security-critical desktop and web applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks
- Establish and maintain secure architecture for scalability and performance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of progressive engineering experience, including 5+ years in engineering leadership with a focus on security
- Proven success in leading engineering efforts for desktop applications (e.g., C++)
- Deep understanding of security best practices in software development
- Effective communication and stakeholder management across multiple time zones

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience managing remote stakeholders and working with US-based peers
- Background in obfuscation and relevant tools for building secure software applications
- Strong project management and planning skills
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and managing cross-functional delivery teams
