THE ROLEWe are looking for a Field Project Manager with 5–7 years of experience to lead multidisciplinary fluid process projects from design through on-site commissioning. This role bridges process engineering, mechanical systems, automation integration, and field execution, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to performance expectations.
You will work with our engineering, automation, fabrication, and installation teams, and collaborate closely with clients to deliver complete solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead on‑site project execution during installation and commissioning phases
- Act as primary technical point of contact between field crews, engineering, and clients
- Supervise mechanical installation, piping systems, and equipment integration
- Coordinate automation start‑up activities with controls teams
- Resolve real‑time technical issues during installation and system start‑up
- Verify system performance against process and design specifications
- Ensure adherence to project schedule, safety, and quality standards on site
- Manage field changes, site constraints, and technical adjustments
- Support vendor coordination and equipment delivery during installation
- Participate in system testing, validation, and final handover
- 5+ years experience in process design, field installation, performance testing, project management, commissioning or plant operations, preferably in the Food and Beverage or the Chemical Processing industries
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering is considered an asset
- P& layout proficiency
- Familiarity with industrial automation environments
- Knowledge of fabrication & commissioning environment
- AutoCAD
- Microsoft Office
- Digital project systems (Rockwell / Allen‑Bradley an asset)
Hybrid West Coast role with travel concentrated during installation and commissioning phases.
