Technical Project Manager / Structural Engineering Project Leader

• You have a degree in structural engineering or mechanical engineering.
• You have at least five years of professional experience in project management, ideally in software, engineering, or digitization projects.
• You have a very good understanding of structural design and are confident in performing structural analyses according to Eurocode.
• You have experience with FEA software and structural frame & truss analysis software, preferably with Dlubal software such as RFEM or RSTAB.
• You have strong communication skills, work stand-alone and in a structured manner, and at the same time have a high degree of teamwork skills to confidently manage customers and internal stakeholders.
• You have very good German language skills (at least C1) and good English language skills (at least B2) in both written and spoken communication.

• Customer ↔ Development Interface: You analyze our customers' requirements, translate them from structural design into clear specifications and actionable tickets/milestones for the engineering team, and keep all parties involved synchronized.
• Technical sales support & project responsibility: You support the sales team in the quotation and contract phase with cost estimates and explanations of the project approach, and take responsibility for all project phases.
• Project planning & control: You maintain project plans, roadmaps, and timelines and are responsible for budget, capacity, and resource planning to ensure that deadlines are met realistically.
• Team coordination & delivery: You plan resources, coordinate developers, engineers, and other stakeholders, and ensure smooth implementation with clear priorities and a robust delivery plan.

As a Technical Project Manager / Structural Engineering Project Leader, you will assume technical responsibility for precisely these projects.

You will manage projects that combine structural design and software development. You will clarify requirements with customers and users, structure technical content, prioritize features, and accompany the implementation until release. In doing so, you will be the central interface between the customer, development, and internal departments.

Your work ensures that complex requirements are turned into stable, practical software solutions—and that new ideas are seamlessly integrated into our products. In this way, you will actively shape the further development of our structural analysis software.
