ERAM Remote Pilot Operator Lead

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of experts in the aviation field

• Operate a simulated radar display and voice communication system during air traffic controller training exercises
• Simulate actions and communication of pilots and remote ATC facilities as directed by internal or external sources
• Translate displayed information into appropriate Air Traffic Control terminology
• Complete required certifications in classroom and lab settings to perform effectively as a Remote Pilot Operator
• Ensure adherence to safety and professionalism in air traffic control training

• US Citizenship is required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
• Minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent) and basic computer proficiency
• At least 5 years of experience as a Remote Pilot Operator
• Ability to read and interpret materials such as diagrams and manuals
• Strong verbal communication skills to ensure clarity and understanding

• Experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Certification in ATC Tower, TRACON, or En Route simulation lab
• Direct technical and operational air traffic control experience
• Familiarity with the FAAO JO 7110.65
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
