Jurisdictional Boiler Inspector with SIGNING BONUS (Full-Time)

Kansas City, MO – We're looking for a jurisdictional boiler inspector for the Kansas/Missouri/Iowa area.

The position is home based and offers lots of flexibility to schedule work that best fits you and the customer. We would prefer candidates who are in the area or are willing to move to this state for work, but if you feel you are a good fit for us, then please feel free to reach out. We are very flexible and can plan out a mutually beneficial work arrangement.

Salary: $45–55/hr

• Perform in-service inspections of boilers and pressure vessels
• Develop technical and deep understanding of the codes and regulations
• Provide a high level of service in accordance with BPC standard work procedures
• Input completed inspections into the latest systems
• Consult with customers on repairs, maintenance programs, jurisdictional requirements, and other location‑specific issues
• Follow up and close out recommendations in a timely manner
• Help customers navigate jurisdictional laws and rules to keep them operating safely with the least amount of lost productivity

• 2 or more years of working with boilers & pressure vessels and a National Board commission
• High School diploma or equivalent minimum. Any additional education a plus, e.g., BS in Engineering, Associate’s Degree
