About the job Lead Civil Engineer - Bridge & Structures

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a bridge and structures team based in the Indianapolis office.
  • Provide oversight and guidance to junior engineers and student interns.
  • Report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO)/VP.
  • Manage a wide array of structural projects, including modern bridge replacement and rehabilitation as well as historic bridge rehabilitations.
  • Collaborate with skilled teams across various disciplines, including transportation and water resources.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Civil Engineering.
  • Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Indiana.
  • 10+ years of experience designing bridge and structural infrastructure projects.
  • 5+ years of experience managing projects and leading teams.
  • Experience with public sector design projects, including those with state, county, and municipal clients.
