Delivery Manager

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop 5 automation testers
• Allocate resources across products based on priority and risk
• Drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement
• Define and implement quality strategy and roadmap across products
• Establish testing standards, best practices, and quality gates
• Drive quality metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks
• Champion shift-left testing and ensure compliance with standards

• Architect scalable test automation frameworks using Playwright
• Oversee automation coverage targets (85%+) and ROI metrics
• Provide hands‑on support for complex automation challenges
• Optimize testing processes and CI/CD pipeline integration
• Implement automation reporting and dashboards

• Lead test planning for major releases
• Communicate quality risks and progress to stakeholders
• Build consensus on quality standards across engineering teams

• Proven experience in a Development Manager, Software Delivery Manager, or Engineering Manager role.
• Strong background in C#/.NET software development and modern architectural practices.
• Demonstrable experience in leading teams to deliver high‑quality software products to time and budget.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile delivery and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and development life cycles.

• Experience with Azure Dev Ops, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), or containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
• Hands‑on coding or architectural experience to support technical decision‑making.
• Exposure to managing distributed or remote engineering teams.
