We follow a hybrid working model that combines office and remote work, with a requirement to be in the Woking office four days a week. This approach supports the development of a strong and effective team dynamic within Engineering.

Skills & Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the lead engineer on feasibility, concept, FEED, detailed design, or EPC project.
- Typically technically responsible for a small/medium‑sized project or an area of work on larger projects and supervises the preparation of specific deliverables.
- Undertaking specific tasks/area of work as defined by the lead/ principal engineer or group manager.
- Identifying and resolving discrepancies and divergences from the original proposal/contract under the supervision of the lead/principal engineer or group manager.
- Provides construction support, as required.
- Supporting the preparation of the Civil / Structural Design Criteria and executing allocated tasks within the requirements.
- Ensuring compliance with KENT’s ISO accredited QMS and project‑specific procedures, guides, and standards.
