• Supporting the maintenance and service of BMS systems for our customers
• Travelling to various customer sites across the Southern Region
• Working both remotely and face-to-face with clients
• Communicating clearly with engineers, customers, and team members
• Studying towards industry-recognised BMS qualifications

• A genuine interest in BMS or building technology is essential
• Ideally, a background or interest in engineering, electrical, or heating systems
• A full UK driving licence
• Strong communication skills – this is a customer-facing, remote-working role
• Willingness to travel across the region and undertake formal study and qualifications
• A proactive attitude and desire to learn and grow

• Salary dependent upon age and experience and in line with apprenticeship pay guidance
• Company Car Scheme at end of year 3 of apprenticeship
• BMSI is an employee owned company (EOT), which you would become part of after 12 months service
• A contributory pension scheme (the Company contributes 6% of your basic salary)
