Field Services Engineer - Medical Lasers

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Services Engineer predominantly to work with Medical Lasers but also other devices, ideally based in Milton Keynes or London (but open to other locations), with opportunities for remote work. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for installation, preventive maintenance, and repairs of medical laser devices and other surgical equipment. The role includes traveling to customer sites, troubleshooting equipment issues, providing technical support, and delivering exceptional customer service to healthcare professionals.

The engineer will also collaborate with the sales team to ensure continuous customer satisfaction and address technical inquiries.

• Expertise in Field Service, Preventive Maintenance, and equipment installation and repair
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and providing effective Technical Support for medical devices
• Exceptional Customer Service skills, with the ability to build positive client relationships
• Proficiency in diagnosing technical issues and resolving them efficiently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel frequently and maintain a flexible schedule to meet client needs
• Technical qualification or degree in Engineering, Electronics, or related field
• Previous experience working with medical devices, especially lasers, is highly desirable
