• Manage automation systems and technical projects, ensuring installations meet production schedules and performance objectives
• Oversee the Commissioning, Qualification, and Verification (CQV) process for new equipment installations
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to support ongoing equipment performance
• Provide technical leadership and training for plant operations teams, troubleshooting equipment issues as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of capital projects and automation improvements

• BS in a technical discipline, preferably electrical or mechanical engineering
• 5+ years in an automation environment with experience in PLC, controls equipment, and vision systems integration/operation/maintenance
• Proven skills with Allen-Bradley Control Logix control systems and Cognex vision systems
• Strong track record of plant floor leadership in a health & safety conscious environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience with Yaskawa robotic automation systems
• 5+ years' experience working with Cognex Scanners and Smart Cameras
• Demonstrated capability in team and personnel leadership
• Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills
