- Analyze and assess electromagnetic systems and communication protocols
- Design and develop tools for signal analysis, automation and electronic defense use cases
- Take ownership of measurement, analysis and research tasks depending on your experience level
- Collaborate with academic and industry partners and contribute to innovation initiatives
- Share knowledge within the team and support continuous technical improvement
- Contribute to secure, sovereign and mission-critical systems in a national security context
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering or equivalent practical experience
- Hands‑on experience in signal processing, RF engineering or related technical fields
- Knowledge of VHDL and C++ for hardware and embedded systems development
- Experience working with SDRs, spectrum analysis and RF measurement setups
- Programming skills such as Python for automating technical workflows
- Analytical mindset, curiosity and a structured way of working
- Excellent English language skills;
German is a plus - Swiss citizenship or eligibility for national security clearance
