- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth commissioning process and provide ongoing technical support
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Robotics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with PLC systems, including Rockwell Automation and Allen Bradley
- Proficiency in reading electrical drawings and basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Ability to troubleshoot and provide remote system support using tools like Remote Desktop and SSH
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Familiarity with robotics systems such as ABB or Fanuc
- Experience with industrial networks like Ethernet/IP and Profi Net
- Hands-on experience with motion control equipment (e.g., Variable Frequency Drives, VFDs)
- Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks in high-pressure situations
