Senior Quantity Surveyor

Overview

Senior Quantity Surveyor - Nottingham - 1 Year Contract & Outside IR35. Due to an increase in work within their East Midlands division, my client is looking for a freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee commercial activities on projects including EA works, Highways, Structures and Water related works. Based between their office in Chesterfield with home working available, duties will include pricing and agreeing compensation events, commercial reports, and subcontractor account management.

To be considered you will have solid all round Civil Engineering experience and have NEC experience. Top rate on offer (to be discussed) along with a 1 Year contract on offer.
