** Your Tasks:
*** Lead projects and drive technical execution at key accounts
* Analyze customer needs and define technical and process requirements
* Collaborate closely with customers and internal teams across DELO’s global network (Germany and subsidiaries)
* Develop deep application-specific process expertise and support contract manufacturers in process implementation
* Coordinate cross-region teams to ensure project success
* Monitor and scout technical trends relevant to your key accounts, exchange insights with industry experts
* Provide regular feedback and collaborate with the Global Key Account Manager

Skills:

*** You are located in the Greater San Jose Area (CA)
* Degree in Engineering, i.e. Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Material Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering or similar technical areas (Bachelor’s required, Master welcome
* At least 3 years of experience in a technical corporate environment – preferably as Sales or Application Engineer in the adhesive sector or similar industries such as surface treatment, consumer electronics, Semiconductor industry
* Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems
* Prior expertise in adhesives is not required as you will get intensive and exciting training in Germany
* Willingness to travel
