Product & Test Engineer II; Final Test ATE

Job Description

• Lead/Support new product transfer projects.
• Responsible for product test activities and test program maintenance/development.
• Test hardware development and troubleshooting.
• Provide technical support to planning, maintenance, production, and QA team.
• Review and disposition low-yield production lots, validate reject units, and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in related fields, possessing sound knowledge of semiconductor digital device testing concepts as well as device fabrication and manufacturing processes.
• Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English.
• Expertise in product definition, yield analysis, semiconductor technologies, ATE test methodologies, and project management.
• Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including test and product development, manufacturing, product planning, quality, and failure analysis.
