• Provide technical expertise and training to Area Mechanics, Station Operators, and E/C Techs
• Assist in problem-solving complex technical issues across multiple products and platforms
• Lead and direct Mechanics in maintenance resolution and Capital Projects
• Manage scheduling, cost control, and forecasting for assigned projects
• Collaborate with the Procurement group for timely material delivery

• Related university degree and four-plus years of experience, or eight-plus years of field operations experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to self-manage and work effectively in a team
• Proficiency in computer applications including Word, Excel, SharePoint, SAP, and mechanical programs
• Proven experience in project management and problem resolution

• Experience in Natural Gas Transmission
• Ability to train others and evaluate training needs in the mechanical field
• Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of new technology
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Experience leading teams on projects and resolving operational issues
