The Civil Works Alliance is an extended delivery enterprise involving Sizewell C and three international construction companies:
Balfour Beatty, Bouygues Travaux Publics and Laing O’Rourke. We are more than just an alliance, we are bringing together a single delivery organisation with years of learning and experience from other major complex infrastructure programmes worldwide.

What you'll be doing

Sizewell C (SZC) is vital to the UK’s future energy strategy. As the second of the UK’s next generation of nuclear power stations, SZC is both high‑profile and highly complex. The Change Manager’s role is to implement the strategy, managing and maintaining change within the agreed constraints on one or more sections of the project, including change for programme, design, time and cost. This post will ensure that control is in accordance with all safety, quality, time, and cost parameters to meet the project’s needs for change, ensure it is implemented and track the changes within the project.

The Change Manager reports directly into the Head of Project Controls, as part of the CWA wide PMO.
