Role Description

This is a full‑time, hybrid Account Manager role based in Plainville, KS, with an option for partial remote work. The Account Manager will focus on developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, analyzing field data, facilitating communication between technical teams and customers, creating tailored treatment plans, and supporting the execution of field operations, including assisting with field operations as needed.

The Account Manager will collaborate cross‑functionally to identify opportunities, provide solutions, and ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifications
  • Client Relationship Management, Account Management, and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in reviewing and analyzing field and well data
  • Strong technical knowledge of IOR/EOR technologies and oil production processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment
  • Excellent problem‑solving and project management skills
  • Experience or a degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Petroleum Geology or related fields (preferred)
