This is a full-time remote position for a Field Service Specialist. The role involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing asphalt plant equipment, including working with retro-fit systems and servicing specialized equipment. Responsibilities include conducting site evaluations, supporting customers with technical expertise, and ensuring on-site and remote service efficiency. Maintaining a strong customer relationship and documenting service activities are also key aspects of this role.

• Experience with equipment maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting for industrial and asphalt plant machinery
• Strong technical understanding of retro-fit systems and burner technology, especially combustion and air handling systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide professional support and maintain customer relationships
• Proficiency in conducting plant evaluations, creating technical reports, and maintaining documentation
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
• Relevant certifications in mechanical, electrical, or industrial systems are a plus
• Willingness and flexibility to travel to customer sites as needed
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical issues
