This role offers the chance to deliver high-quality learning experiences that support apprentices to achieve, progress, and thrive. Youll manage a caseload of apprentices, guiding them through every stage of their programme while ensuring compliance with quality requirements. Working closely with employers, youll tailor learning plans, conduct workplace visits, and provide meaningful feedback that drives success and prepares apprentices for their future careers.

About You Youll hold an NVQ Level 3 qualification in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering or completion of a Level 3 Mechatronics Apprenticeship. Youll also have an Assessors Award (A1) and bring at least three years of recent, hands-on industry experience. Confident, organised, and able to work independently, youll engage effectively with students and colleagues while maintaining high professional and safeguarding standards.
