Key Responsibilities

· Undertake research and analysis to support planning applications and development proposals

· Prepare high-quality planning statements, reports, and presentations

· Liaise effectively with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities

· Provide professional planning advice across a range of projects, including rural developments

Requirements

· Degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, or a related discipline

· Proven experience in a town planning role

· Strong knowledge of the UK planning system and regulations

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Demonstrable experience in rural planning
