Job Responsibilities

• Direct technical leadership for power system studies, including load flow and short circuit analysis
• Manage resources and tasks related to power system analysis and report creation
• Foster collaboration among multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality project deliverables
• Mentor and coach less-experienced staff to promote their professional growth
• Communicate effectively with clients to present study results and address their needs

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in power system analysis
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Proficiency in ETAP, SKM Power Tools, and PSCAD software
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record

• 15+ years of experience in consulting engineering or electric utility sectors
• Familiarity with substation design, renewable energy projects, and SCADA systems
• Experience with NERC standards and requirements
• Knowledge of additional software such as MathCAD and GE Enervista
• Capability to perform lightning or switching overvoltage studies using PSCAD
