• Conduct power system studies using ETAP, SKM, and PSCAD, and prepare associated reports
• Develop project proposals including defining scopes, deliverables, schedules, and budgets
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects to meet milestones and client expectations
• Mentor and support the growth of less-experienced team members
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience related to the job responsibilities
• Working knowledge of applicable codes, standards, laws, and regulations
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within one year
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel and Word

• 10+ years of experience in consulting engineering, electric utility, or industrial sectors
• Background in PLC and HMI programming and commissioning
• Experience with electrical installations in hazardous areas
