- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in power system studies and analysis
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Proficiency in ETAP, SKM Power Tools, and PSCAD software
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- 15+ years of experience in consulting engineering, electric utility, or industrial settings
- Knowledge of substation or collection system design and renewable energy projects
- Familiarity with NERC standards and requirements
- Experience with lightning or switching overvoltage studies using PSCAD
- Knowledge of ASPEN One Liner, MathCAD, or Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories AcSELerator Software
