Overview

Employer Industry: Engineering Consulting

• Perform power system studies using software such as ETAP, SKM, and PSCAD
• Develop project proposals, defining scopes, deliverables, schedules, and budgets
• Support the growth and development of team members through coaching and mentoring
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align technical approaches with client goals
• Manage project milestones and provide regular updates to team members and clients

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering
• Working knowledge of applicable codes, standards, laws, and regulations
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within one year
• Experience with AutoCAD and basic Microsoft Office software, especially Excel and Word

• 10+ years of experience at a consulting engineering, electric utility, or industrial company
• Background in PLC and HMI programming and commissioning
• Experience with electrical installations in hazardous areas
