• Lead cross-functional programs across product management, engineering, and supporting teams
• Drive end-to-end customer Proof of Concept (POC) program management, ensuring alignment with relevant teams
• Build and manage integrated schedules, working backwards from product launch and delivery targets
• Identify risks, technical dependencies, and resource constraints early and drive mitigation plans
• Provide clear, concise program status updates through dashboards and executive-level summaries

• 12+ years of experience in program management, technical program management, or equivalent leadership roles
• Proven experience partnering with product management and engineering teams on complex product development initiatives
• Strong understanding of software engineering practices, development life cycles, and system delivery
• Demonstrated ability to manage large, cross-functional programs with multiple work streams and dependencies
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and align senior technical and business stakeholders

• Expertise in schedule management, risk management, and driving execution discipline
• Experience with program and project tracking tools such as Jira and similar platforms
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities
