• Lead and develop a field engineering team
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality and compliance
• Provide training on fiber testing and network integration
• Support project delivery and hands-on troubleshooting

• 5+ years in telecom/optical networks
• 3+ years in leadership or supervisory roles
• Strong knowledge of OTDR, OLTS, and dispersion testing
• Experience with Nokia and Ciena hardware
• Familiar with Telcordia, ITU standards, and data center environments
• BS/BA in engineering or related field
• Willing to travel up to 75%
