This is a full-time hybrid Senior Technical Sales Manager role based in Jeffersonville, IN, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities while providing technical expertise to support clients. Regular responsibilities will include developing and maintaining customer relationships, delivering technical presentations, offering solutions to meet clients’ needs, and closely collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Additionally, the candidate will provide technical support to clients and assist with troubleshooting as needed.

• 7-10+ Years Technical Sales Experience
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Engineering practices
• Strong Technical Support skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Ability to develop technical presentations and effective solutions tailored to customers' needs
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in industrial or recycling industries is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
