Opportunity As the Underground Transmission Line Project Engineering Manager, you will:
Lead a multi-discipline team of engineers and technicians.
Manage diverse and complex projects within design services and EPC programs.
Oversee design quality, budgets, and schedules.
Support client interaction, proposals, and business development.

Key Responsibilities- Manage budgets, schedules, and quality requirements across disciplines.
- Coordinate directly with clients on project changes.
- Review and coordinate engineering work, serving as engineer of record when required.
- Build strong relationships with project leaders, design teams, and support staff.
- Translate client interests into actionable project strategies.
- Contribute to business development and proposal activities.
- Travel occasionally for site visits, design reviews, and client meetings.
- Mentor and guide team members while upholding quality standards.
- Bachelors degree in engineering from an accredited program.
- 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Ability to meet pre-employment requirements (background check, drug screen, MVR search, as applicable).
Professional registration/licensure required in home office country or active pursuit of licensure. Additional licenses may be needed based on assignment location.
