Field Service Project Coordinator

Overview

Position is responsible for supporting the Industrial Water Regional Field Service Managers (IW RFSM) by facilitating field service operations, supplementing Industrial Water Field Service activities, and supporting coordination of mobile field service projects across geographically dispersed locations. The role also focuses on optimizing MPW Industrial Water processes, including trailer and/or container quality and quantity performance, and transitioning install projects to field service operations as needed.

• Support the IW RFSMs by facilitating field service operations and providing operational support in multiple, geographically dispersed locations.
• Optimize existing MPW Industrial Water processes, including trailer and/or container quality and quantity performance.
• Coordinate and facilitate mobile field service projects, steam blow projects, special projects, and the transition of install projects to field service operation; supplement Industrial Water Field Service activities as needed.

• Conduct daily communications with the IW RFSMs and assist in problem solving and action implementation.
• Monitor trends, verify and improve chemical dosing and equipment cleanings; support MPW Engineering-approved field modifications and startups; ensure company standards are met.
• Drive and meet MPW safety objectives; identify opportunities for improvement and provide training and support to the Field Services group.

• Based out of a home office; attends weekly teleconference calls.
• As a 24/7 service company, long non-traditional hours may be required as a regular part of the job.
• Travel to regeneration plants, field service sites, and customer sites as needed (approximately 25% to 75% travel).
• Collaborate with MPW Industrial Water groups (logistics, sales, purchasing, billing, etc.) to facilitate Field Service tasks.
• Assist in completing projects from the Field Service project matrix and may manage other MPW field personnel as required.
