Your RoleThis position reports to the Service Manager and is part of ABB Smart Power, where we deliver energy distribution solutions for various sectors, including data centers and critical infrastructure. Our technical teams collaborate closely with industry partners to drive rapid growth and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities- Specialize in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of critical power systems, including UPS, PDUs, and static switches.
- Ensure continuous, reliable operation of mission-critical infrastructure.
- Perform service tasks and conduct analysis through remote or on-site activities.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by executing service work according to expectations and identifying new sales opportunities.
- Coordinate and prepare all materials, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Proactively identify potential equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 1+ years of experience, or an Associate's degree with 3+ years of experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Preferred skills include advanced communication abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and project management experience.
- Must possess a valid US driver’s license.
- Work authorization to be employed by ABB in the US is required.
This role operates under a Remote work model, allowing you the flexibility to manage your time effectively.

The expected salary for this position ranges from $57,400 to $91,840 annually , depending on qualifications and experience.
