The Job

You will drive to and perform inspections throughout your surrounding region and then work from your home office to complete report documentation (no more cubicles or driving to the office). We provide a pickup truck, ladders, and all tools, equipment, and training necessary to become an industry expert in this field, regardless of your engineering background.

  • Experienced candidates are eligible for higher starting salaries and earlier entry to the bonus incentive program.

Requirements
  • Must have a PE license from your resident state or be able to obtain a PE license within one month of hire date.
  • This job is physically demanding; you must be able to lift, carry, position, climb up and down an extension ladder up to 36‑ft, and walk on sloped roofing surfaces (safety equipment and training provided).
  • Need to have excellent computer skills (no coding experience necessary).
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean/safe driving record.
  • Must enjoy a flexible schedule – office will set appointments on inspection days and provide report days for working from home.
Must be comfortable with heights

This position involves inspecting roofing and other elevated and sloped structures. We will train you to use the right safety equipment to keep you safe. We provide all necessary safety training and equipment. Climbing on steep and high residential roofs is a large portion of this job.
