You will independently handle repairs, lead customer interactions, and perform advanced testing. The ideal candidate holds a BS in Engineering and has 3–5 years of experience in field service. This role requires extensive travel, including 100% domestic travel and up to 50% international travel, ensuring strong customer satisfaction and relationship management.
