Senior Product & Packaging Engineer

Serioplast, a global leader in rigid plastic packaging, is looking for a Product & Packaging Engineer
!

• Manage product development projects (new developments, modifications to existing products, reverse engineering) within the packaging industry, in coordination with internal teams and international clients.
• Lead and support cross-functional technical projects, acting as Project Leader or Project Member depending on the context.
• Request, organize, and participate in sampling activities, verifying the correct implementation of client specifications.
• Collaborate with technical departments, internal labs, and suppliers to implement changes to molds, equipment, or processes and resolve technical issues.
• Work closely with the Validation Lab to apply the correct testing methods, review lab results, and present findings internally and to clients.
• Support clients in the design or optimization of new and existing plastic packaging products, conducting feasibility studies and proposing technical improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical R&D or Management role.
• Knowledge of polymers and plastic molding technologies (injection and blow molding) is considered a plus.
• Basic familiarity with measuring instruments and 3D CAD software.
• Understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and data analysis.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
