We are seeking a Spare Part Sales Engineer for a fixed-term employment during 1.to join our dynamic and international team. As a member of the Thruster Spare Parts Sales team for Global Customer Support
, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

• Prepare spare part quotations based on customer inquiries and technical recommendations
• Support customer throughout the entire sales process
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders, including technical support, engineering, supply chain, warehouse and logistics
• Monitor progress towards goals and ensure sales targets and KPIs are met
• Collaborate with our global sales network
• Continuously improve and develop processes related to spare parts sales

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a technical or commercial field
• Ability to read drawings and understand sales processes
• Previous experience in the maritime industry or international trade is an advantage
• Experience with ERP systems (experience with Baan is an advantage)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Finnish
