Asbestos Technical Specialist - Remote

• Lead and provide guidance and training to staff in various technical and operational areas
• Oversee the completion and processing of forms, documents, and databases related to asbestos management
• Analyze operations and present findings and recommendations to management
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in testing, equipment, and operational procedures through audits and reviews
• Contribute to cross-functional projects by developing objectives, budgets, and timelines

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or area of assignment;
  Master's or PhD preferred
• At least eight (8) years of experience, including two (2) years in specialized or technical programs or operations
• Advanced knowledge of principles, practices, and regulations related to asbestos management
• Proven skills in project management and effective communication
• Ability to perform advanced professional-level duties and training of others

• Experience in environmental services or a related field
• Familiarity with laboratory and office equipment and safety protocols
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
• Previous experience in customer service or stakeholder engagement
• Knowledge of current industry trends and best practices
