A leading insurance company is seeking a Water Mitigation Reviewer to join their remote Atlanta team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3+ years in water mitigation, strong negotiation and communication skills, and be proficient in Xactimate. Responsibilities include reviewing water mitigation estimates, resolving claims, and mentoring staff. Certifications such as IICRC and WRT/ASD are preferred. This position offers the chance to influence and guide others while maintaining client relationships.
