• Operate a simulated radar display and voice communication system to support air traffic controller training
• Respond to student commands and input proper entries into the automated system to simulate pilot actions
• Translate displayed information into appropriate air traffic control terminology
• Participate in classroom training and complete required certifications for the role
• Collaborate with a team of multimedia developers, quality assurance personnel, and subject matter experts

• Minimum educational requirement:
  High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to read and interpret diagrams and manuals
• Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Experience in ATC Tower, TRACON, or En Route simulation lab
• Familiarity with FAAO JO 7110.65 regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Basic understanding of pilot/controller communications or phraseology
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary team
