• Manage and lead project teams for Mission Critical Data Center projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on site development projects and communicate effectively with clients and sub-consultants
• Develop project scope, budget, staffing, and schedule while conducting quality assurance and quality control
• Assist in the creation of design documentation, including site plans and utility plans, throughout various project phases
• Participate in project coordination meetings and contribute to proposal development and client growth initiatives

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Planning, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within the engineering or construction industry
• Strong understanding of civil engineering concepts and project document production phases
• Advanced oral and written communication skills, with the ability to lead teams effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant design software

• Experience with Mission Critical/Data Center markets and major commercial projects
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects efficiently
• Familiarity with innovative technologies for civil system design and modeling
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster team collaboration
• Previous experience in client relationship management and business development
