Freese and Nichols is seeking a
** Water/Wastewater Master Planning Project Manager
** in
** Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Rogers;
Arkansas or Overland Park, Kansas**. As Water/Wastewater Master Planning Project Manager you will manage and lead technical tasks, develop scope/fee and support business development activities, including proposal development for water/wastewater master planning and hydraulic modeling projects.
* Lead multiple project teams for municipal water and wastewater studies, such as: water and wastewater master plans, water distribution and sewer collection system hydraulic modeling, water quality modeling in distribution systems and asset management
* Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams
* Work with utilities to solve complex issues and develop capital improvement plans# Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
* Licensed Professional Engineer in Oklahoma, Arkansas or Kansas
* 4+ years of related experience Preferred
* Expertise with hydraulic modeling software, such as Innovyze products (Info Water, Info Works ICM SE, Info Sewer, InfoSWMM, H2

OSURGE, Info Asset Planner) and/or Bentley products (Sewer

GEMS, Water

GEMS, Hammer)
* Experience with GIS applications in water and wastewater planning
* Experience in client development, sales/marketing, proposal development
* Excellent communication skills, both technical writing and verbal#
