Leadership and Technical – Dam, Levee and Flood Resilience

HDR's Dam, Levee and Flood Resilience Programs are seeking civil, structural, geotechnical, and hydraulic engineers to provide project, geographic and technical leadership as engineers of record, group managers and technical practice leaders. Expertise in potential failure mode analysis is a growing need.

• Provide project, geographic and technical leadership in our dam, levee and flood resilience programs.
• Serve as engineers of record, group managers and technical practice leaders with expertise in complex dam, levee and flood resilience management projects.
• Develop and apply expertise in potential failure mode analysis (PFMA) for project work.
• Collaborate with HDR teams across locations; HDR has over 200 locations and supports relocation or remote work as applicable.

• We are seeking civil, structural, geotechnical and hydraulic engineers to support leadership roles.
• Experience with complex dam, levee and flood resilience management projects.
• Expertise in potential failure mode analysis is a growing need.
• Willingness to relocate or be contacted about opportunities near you; HDR is exploring expansion into new locations and remote working.
