Bechtel India Office is currently seeking Telecom Senior Engineers for Large Infrastructure Projects especially related to Technological Buildings. The ideal candidate, in addition to meeting all the Essential Job Duties and Job Knowledge need to be a self-starter and possess strong oral and written communication skills.

Supervision Received

• Receives technical and administrative supervision from Engineering Group Supervisor

Supervision Exercised

• Provide technical direction to the team of Telecom Engineers and Designers.

• Maintains contact with the immediate work group or discipline and interfaces with other disciplines as specifically directed.

• Preparation and Review of Engineering drawings like I/O Scheduling, Wiring Drawing, Cable Schedule, Loop Drawings, Instruments Location & Installation Drawing, Cable Route & Tray Route Layout, JB Termination Drawing, Control & network patch panels drawings.

• Designing and delivering converged ICT infrastructure for commercial, industrial, and mission-critical data center environments.

• Working knowledge in networking, structured cabling, fiber optics, Wireless Access point, VoIP.

• Design and Engineering of Building Management System (BMS) which includes controlling and monitoring of Building's mechanical and electrical equipment such as HVAC, lighting, power systems, fire systems, access control and security systems.

• Design and Engineering of Fire Detection, Fire & Gas Safety Systems and Early Warning & Smoke Detection System for Buildings.

• Design and Engineering of CCTV, Surveillance System, PAGA, Access Control Systems and Intrusion Detection Systems.

• Review of 3D Model in S3D and Autodesk Revit using SPR or Navisworks and be a stakeholder in Model Reviews with Client, Vendor and Sub
  - Contractors in BIM environment.

• Design and Engineering of Leak Detection System and interface with Building Management System.

• Preparation of Subcontract Requisition s and Bid Evaluation and Vendor Print Review.

• Telecommunication system design including design of campus backbone cabling, trays and conduits tying various buildings. Designing Wireless LAN with wireless access points and wireless control points.
