The OpportunityThe Commissioning Engineer provides field startup and commissioning support for smart airport solutions. The Commissioning Engineer can be located remotely anywhere in the continental US within an hour of an airport, since the role requires up to 75% travel.
You will make an impact by…
- Coordinating on-site electrical contractor installation, scheduling, and site preparations.
- Performing system readiness checks and systems acceptance testing.
- Supporting project lifecycle, manage assigned milestones, deadlines, and budgets.
- Assisting in bid preparation and technical submittal packages.
- Reviewing and providing input on product design and changes.
- Supporting design, software engineering, testing, and validation activities.
- Conducting training and presentations.
The talent we want to inspire has…
- Bachelor s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 2-4 years of related experience, including field technician work.
- International travel experience.
- Valid driver s license and insurable driving record.
- Pass required BCI and FBI Background Check.
- Fluency in English (oral and written communication).
A plus but not a must…
Fluency in Spanish
