What We’re Doing

Do you want to be part of a culture that inspires employees to think big, innovate, perform with excellence, and build passion, drive, and courage to dream big, then we want to build a better tomorrow with you. Come and join our team!

The Work

The Innovations Team is the 'ideas engine’ that discovers, evaluates, and injects breakthrough technologies into the Lead Systems Integrator (LSI) stack. The Systems Engineer will be the technical driver for technology trade‑studies, rapid-prototype explorations, and alternative‑solution assessments that enable the Detection→Prediction→Response→Recovery workflow. This role works side‑by‑side with the Innovations Lead, Lead Systems AWS Infrastructure Architect, AI/ML engineers, the Advisory Board, and external research partners.
