Senior Transportation Manager

Overview

Lead the planning, design, and delivery of innovative roadway and transportation infrastructure projects across Tennessee as a Senior Transportation Project Manager. This role provides the opportunity to shape project direction in areas such as roadway design, structures, traffic engineering, and intelligent transportation systems.

• Lead and deliver roadway and transportation infrastructure design tasks as a Senior Transportation Project Manager.
• Serve as a technical contributor and task lead for state and local transportation agencies.
• Develop and review roadway geometry, plans, and design documents to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards, supporting high-quality, constructible solutions.
• Conduct site reviews and inspections of transportation facilities, verifying design intent, construction quality, and adherence to project requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project managers.
• Contribute to business development for the firm.

• Compensation: $185,000 - $225,000.
• Work Environment:

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed PE.
• 10+ years of experience.
