Fully-Remote Distribution Designer Job Description
Our client is seeking experienced Joint Use/Distribution Designers to join their team. This individual will be working with DDS Joint Use and will need a background in distribution design.
Responsibilities- Design and develop distribution systems utilizing DDS (Distribution Design Studio).
- Collaborate with utility companies to facilitate Joint Use projects.
- Ensure accurate and efficient design plans for power delivery.
- Support utility clients such as CenterPoint, AEP, or First Energy in project execution.
- Experience in Joint Use.
- At least 6 months of experience in DDS supporting utilities.
- Proficiency in distribution design and utility design.
Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of OSP (Outside Plant) design principles.
- Engineering or design within the power delivery sector.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Houston, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr.
