Position: Part Time Estimator (Temporary)
Part‑Time Estimator (Hybrid) – Groundworks & Small Civils

A growing groundworks and small civils contractor is looking for an experienced Estimator to support increasing workload. You’ll also provide support to the QS and office team.

The Role

Estimating groundworks and small civils packages up to £1m

Supporting the QS with commercial input

Liaising with clients and suppliers

Helping streamline the estimating process as the business grows

Experience Needed

Strong background in estimating groundworks/civils projects

Able to work independently and guide less‑experienced team members

Good communication and organisational skills

Working Setup

Part‑time, flexible hours

Hybrid: work from home with optional office days

Office based near Dundee/Broughty Ferry, with projects across Dundee, Fife and Stirling

LTD Company accepted

Ongoing work for the right person, no fixed end date

Additional Info

The business is expanding, with new work recently awarded

Looking for someone who can provide reliable, long‑term estimating support

Rates open to discussion based on experience
