• Minimum of 20 years of experience in the air traffic control field
• Ability to communicate well among various lines of business and stakeholders
• Knowledge of the FAA's work on space operations and UAS operations
• Experience in terminal air traffic control and piloting within various airspace systems
• Familiarity with the Notice to Airmen (NOTAM) process and international coordination among Air Navigation Service Providers (ANSPs)

• Knowledge and experience with the concept of UTM and UTM architecture
• Experience collaborating with key personnel and providing feedback across various duty locations
• Proven track record of making recommendations for training and new projects
